About the CEO Kathleen Broyles

Katie was born in Los Angeles, California, and graduated with a degree in Philosophy from UCLA. After a successful career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development concentrated in healthcare, Katie took a break to have children. During this transformative time of her life, she decided to chase down some rumors and follow the internal desire to research her past. During this journey, Katie discovered she was the direct descendent of MaBelle, her Chickasaw Great Great Grandmother. This ignited a fire in Katie to become closer to her past, her people, and her mother earth. Katie started Native Rize as a way to reconcile the practical understanding that technology marches on, but that we must be good to mother earth at the same time

Katie is a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and will continue to grow closer to her past while guiding companies into the future.
